This session was lead primarily by John. He worked with a participant to study the Satisfaction Metrics slide – then answered questions about the Satisfaction Metrics Calculator.[/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Virtual Session 05″]

FOT40 VS 6- 11/3/15 Led by Drew Knowles and John Patterson, with appearance by Kirkland Tibbels. This VS powerfully prepares people for the transition from learning to building something – and presses people to think accurately and do the important work in Study 7 and Study 8. John, Drew, and Troy (MAP2) shared about this important work – and in my opinion, did one of the better jobs we’ve done so far to help people understand where this study is really taking them.

Led by the founders, this session first focused on the habits required to meet our aims, then on the moods appropriate to the moves in a transaction. Many examples were offered, solid questions gave further clarification.
