Program Faculty:
Fundamentals of Transaction Program

Our world-class faculty training begins with an education, methodology, andĀ structure for producing exceptional resultsā€”but it is not for everyone. Certified consultants can license our programs or remain part of our faculty.

Our certification focuses on the fitness to facilitate a world-class program. We train and develop our faculty to accurately speak our program principles and speak in our character and voice.

Develop Mastery To Teach Others

Ā

Our Faculty lead our programs to provide our students with the opportunity, knowledge, and help to live an ambitious and satisfying life.

Ā

Our faculty training is built on levels of certification.Ā The faculty journey begins withĀ MentoringĀ theĀ Fundamentals of Transaction Program. Faculty first develop their fitness by first being certified as an Apprentice, then Secondary, and finally a Primary Leader. Once a Secondary Leader, a candidate may enter into certification for other programs:Ā Mechanics & Practice,Ā MAP2: PSTI,Ā Priority in Practice, or our enterprise teams program,Ā Transactional Competenceā„¢ Across Teams (TCX). Program Faculty earn compensation for Primary and Secondary program delivery. Primary leaders may be considered for other salaried positions.

Each level requires a commitment to demonstrate the actions required to be certified at the next level. It isnā€™t easy and will challenge you in ways not yet possible to understand.Ā Prerequisites include participation and completion of the Mechanics & Practice Program. Primary Program Leaders must be graduates of MAP2: PSTI. Those who demonstrate the ambition and fitness to facilitate Influence Ecology programs may earn certification sooner than the proposed timeline.

Yes

For anyone whose intent (or curiosity) is leading the Fundamentals of Transaction Program (or any Influence Ecology program), Mentoring is the first step.

Mentoring will train and develop you in understanding personality and the application of our principles to the unique situations of varied participants. What has developed Kirkland Tibbels and John Patterson is this very immersive and real-life experience.

To mentorĀ a program, we ask that you:

  • Attend the scheduled campus sessions (10 of 12 total) for a specific program class (e.g., FOT55)
  • When asked, offer answers and examples to student questions during the webinar
  • When requested, provide individual mentoring and support for participants throughout the program
  • Arrive on campus on time to begin training 15 minutes before start time
  • Be available for a 15-minute program debrief following each session

Each Program Class (e.g., FOT55) is facilitated by a Primary and Secondary leader, Apprentices, and Mentors (generally, one Mentor per five to seven students). The primary role of a Mentor is to provide support and mentoring throughout the entire program duration. The Secondary and Apprentices work directly with Mentors to train, coach, and support them.

We ask that you attend at least ten of the twelve campus sessions where you can participate in a noise-free environment. You are free to accept invitations to mentor an FOT Study Group, however, this participation is not required.
