Ownership and Management

Co-Founder and Board Chairman, Kirkland Tibbels

The formal Study Papers used in this program were originally contemplated and began their construction in the mid-1980s by Co-founder Kirkland Tibbels and a group of young entrepreneurs. Kirkland began to compile, organize and create the material for management and sales training programs used in varied business enterprises, educational programs and community organizations for over the past 30 years. His continued scholarly study and practice builds and expands the codified lexicon on the Philosophy of Transactionalism that is the foundation for our curriculum.

Kirkland’s primary role today is the continued creation and delivery of our specialized and proprietary content. He serves as Board Chairman.

Co-Founder and CEO, John Patterson

The company management, program delivery, and environmental principles are a result of the 30 years of practical experience gained by Co-founder John Patterson. His history includes curriculum design, program sales, and the delivery of a unique leadership and performance curriculum for a leading global training and development company. Since 1987, he has led programs to more than 42,000 people and was responsible for the training and management of his five-state region faculty group consisting of 135 program leaders and 500+ volunteers. He held a senior role as a train-the-trainer for 16 consecutive years, focused on program sales and program delivery.

John’s primary role today is the architecture and delivery of our program content, our LMS and CRM information technology, the management and training of our Staff, and the implementation of the sales and strategic plans. He serves as President and CEO.
