Procedure: Webinar Replays for FOT, MEM, MAP, and MAP2 Programs

Programs:

• Fundamentals of Transaction (FOT)
• Mechanics and Practice (MAP)
• Mechanics and Practice 2: Planning, Strategy, Tactics, and Implementation (MAP2)
• Membership (MEM)

 

Steps of Setting Up FOT Replays:

1. Add the webinar to the website the morning after it airs
2. Video content is located on Vimeo
   • Sign in to Vimeo > videos > the replay video is newest on added > click on video
   • Edit settings
     • Configure settings > basic > rename  “name of group + month + year” > change thumbnail to be logo
   • And edit the embed code
     • Embed > preset: embed IE website and then save
3. Now add the video to the website
   • Go to Influence Ecology website > scroll down to the footer > FOT Program Leaders
   • Copy/paste Vimeo link within the appropriate tab.
     • Virtual session number corresponds with tab number
     • Example: VS 7 goes on tab 7

 

Steps of Setting Up Webinar Replays for MEM, MAP, and MAP2 Programs:

The process is the same for MEM, MAP, and MAP2 webinar replays, EXCEPT for tagging the recepients to receive the replay emails.

How to add webinar replay to the website:

1. Add the webinar to the website the morning after it airs
2. Video content is located on Vimeo
   • Sign in to Vimeo > videos > the replay video is newest on added > click on video
   • Edit settings
     • Configure settings > basic > rename  “name of group + month + year” > change thumbnail to be logo
   • And edit the embed code
     • Embed > preset: embed IE website and then save
3. Now add the video to the website
   • ** Look at Infusionsoft emails for page link
   • Copy/paste Vimeo link and update the expiration date
     • Video expires in 7 days
     • Set the post-expiration date to be 7 days from the launch of the replay email.
     • For example, if the webinar airs on a Thursday and the replay email is sent the following morning on Friday, then the post should be set to expire the following Friday at 11:59 PM.
   • Review all details included on the page for accuracy.

Send out webinar replay emails:

1. Sign into Infusionsoft and edit the campaign
   • campaign builder > search “replay” and select the appropriate campaign > Now update the two emails that go out and make sure the from field is correct > back out to the largest view and publish
   • NOTE:
     • *** for webinars use program coordinator – programs@influenceecology.com ***
     • *** IF it asks to add additional contacts DO NOT!!!! At least more often than not. IMPORTANT ***
2. Now tag people to receive emails
   • might want to tag myself for a test
   • Go to contacts > custom fields current program : Map + Map2
   • Select all > apply tag > find tag and process action
   • NOTE:
     • MEM – Tag: MAP2, MAP, and MEM
     • MAP – Tag: MAP2 and MAP
       • NOTE: Search MEM and sort by “has completed MAP” and send to these people as well.
     • MAP2 – Tag: MAP2
