How to remove participants from FOT

Follow the steps below when the Registrar and John Patterson have confirmed that a participant should be removed from FOT:

Program Management Google Sheet

1. Remove from list on Program Management tab and place at bottom of page.
2. Remove from list on Metrics tab and place at bottom of page.

InfusionSoft:

1. Mark as removed under Program tab.
2. Mark as Inactive.
3. Tag “FOT Remove”
4. Remove from any other Campaign’s like Conference Offer or Referral requests.
5. Enter financial Removal activity for Darryl.

Influence Ecology Website

1. Mark as Inactive.
2. Remove from FOT group.

Virbela Website

1. Downgrade to “Guest” access or suspend access.
2. If there is no login activity shown in Virbela for more than 60 days, delete the contact in Virbela.
